Poole Housing Partnership Ltd
Woods have been working on behalf of Poole Housing Partnership (PHP) and the Borough of Poole as their sole provider of asbestos removal services since 2004. Their property portfolio comprises in excess of 4,600 properties consisting of both residential (occupied and void) and commercial properties.
To date we have successfully delivered notifiable, non-notifiable, notifiable non-licensed and non-licensed removals throughout the vast majority of this portfolio.

Curo Housing is a not for profit housing and support organisation based in Bath, providing affordable homes and high quality care and support services across the West of England. Curo Housing manage 12,000 homes and provide services across eight local authority areas.
Woods were awarded a four year measured term framework following our lead position in the Westworks Procurement Partnership to remove licensed and non-licensed ACM’s to domestic properties and sheltered accommodation schemes with several work streams focused on planned maintenance such as kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes and meter cupboard replacements.

Luton Borough Council
Woods have been working with Luton Borough Council (LBC) since 2005 as their sole provider of asbestos removal services. LBC is responsible for the maintenance and management of approximately 8,500 affordable housing properties. The works required predominately form part of Bathroom , Kitchen or Boiler Replacement Programmes, Planned Maintenance Works and / or Responsive Maintenance Works.The works typically include the removal of bath panels, riser panels, door headers, flue pipes, soffits, warm air units, cisterns, bin sheds, floor tiles, cement garages, garage roofs and textured coatings to both void and tenanted properties. We also re-instate garage roofs and soffits post removal works.

Felmores Estate, Basildon
Woods were appointed as the sole provider to undertake asbestos removal services to the entire Felmores Estate (c450 properties) as part of a £6.3m regeneration project. The works included the removal of asbestos to external cladding, rooflines, porches, bin sheds and communal walkways. Further works included improving the external wall insulation, fire improvement works, re-cladding and relocation of bin stores.

University Dental Hospital – Cardiff
The University Dental Hospital (UDH) is part of the Cardiff and Vale University Health Board and is situated in a stand-alone building on the main University Hospital of Wales site.
The Dental Hospital treats around 100,000 patients per year and, as a teaching hospital has strong links with the School of Dentistry.
It provides dental care for patients who are screened as suitable for treatment by undergraduate dental students.
